  : The staff was very responsive and accommodating
  : They changed our reservation a couple days before to a different location. The new location was very far from the lake and not what we had anticipated. The amenities were low quality. It showed a balcony to hangout on with a view and there was no view. The chairs on the balcony were broken so we couldn’t really even sit out there. We brought food to grill all weekend, however, the grill did not work either. Overall, it was not a good value for the price and not what we had anticipated when we booked the trip.

  : Nicely decorated, spacious rooms, calm, nice view to the valley, new shower and kitchen faucets, well equipped kitchen. Huge TV, good wifi connection. Read the instructions closely and enter the condo from the parking lot side, be careful with the uneven ground right before the condo.
  : Some small technical defects made us wonder a bit, but were kindly taken into account when mentioned (water stops suddenly in the midst of showering, or when using the kitchen sink, curtain rod loose, bathroom vent makes weird noises during startup).
