  : No sun bed mattress no facilities by the pool. Light bulb gone in apartment hall ( not replaced while we were there despite reporting it) slightly scruffy apartment could do wit a bit of TLC.

  : Staff it's friendly and helpful. Central location. Compared with turkish's standards it is clean.
  : No bed cover, no duvet, no blanket; only a bed sheet and pillow covers. No toilet paper. No tissues or napkins. Poor fornitures and finitures

  : Not much. Nothing like the photos.
  : My sister visited this place in 2017 with her foreign husband and his family. She said it was incredible at that time; however, this was the worst place I have ever been. There are a few reason why I call it horrible.1- The air conditioning in our room wasnt working, so we informed the property manager and he kept saying someone will come and check, and fix it for us. We spent 4 days there, no one fixed it.2- The furniture and the building is so old, they are worn out Basically, everything is falling apart. The sofa, the wardrobes, everything broken. Moreover, the walls are broken, pieces are falling down. If you have a younger kid, you will need to be really careful cuz they can think that its edible.3- Pool isnt working, at least thats what the property manager says. Apparently these flats they are renting are located in a condominium and building management company deals with the pool and they are going to fix it in the coming months (not sure if this is true as at the end of September season dies in Didim)4- The hot water boiler for bathroom is only 1, but there are two bathrooms, so while using both bathrooms, one of them either boils or freezes cuz it is not enough to dive the water equally between bathrooms.5- There arent enough utensils. We indicated that we will be 5 adults, 2 kids and we only got 5 forks. There were only 3 pans and only 1 lid to share between 3 pans.6- Although we booked this place via Booking.com, property manager reached out to us a day prior to our arrival and asked for a deposit. And said that, oh we will be aggrieved if you dont show up! Although I said, okay but we booked a non-refundable option so if we dont show up, you will get the full amount from booking.com, he was like okay-okay-okay. Just to make sure that we had a place to stay and not to piss them off, we actually paid a 500 TL deposit too. But it aint worth it.7- None of the doors are closing.

  : Very old and out dated, shower door was hanging of, air conditioning was not working in the bedroom so ended up staying in the front roomHaving booked twice with this resiedence I was a little disappointed, as this property was not advertised in the pictures

  : 3rd floor ok but no lift 54 steps 3 times a day when you are 70 years old is too much. No lights in stairway had to use torch on phone as it was pitch black. No microwave no toaster
