  : No breakfast no pool lost electricity for all the occupied rooms when it was 100 plus degrees yet when we went to tell staff they were sitting in the ac and had lights and said there was nothing they could do asked for a comp night since we paid and had nothing told us to call the cops or go back to our rooms arrogant staff that would rather grow weed around their pool than take care of it.

  : Upon check in, the receptionist charged me a refundable pet fee of $150, for a total of $226.00 for 1 night versus $75 as advertised. According to Booking.com there are no charges for pets.

  : I booked the room on line then was charged 150 dollars when I got there for a deposit. The toilet ran all night water just came out of the bathtub faucet every few minutes.

  : It was absolutely horrible we didn’t get the price we reserved for and had to pay more! Then ended up with a smoking room when my daughter has asthma and can not be in that! Then refuse to give money back and ask us to pay another $150 for a non smoking room! Needless to say we won’t be staying there anymore!
