  : We were visiting family and got the room because it included a pool-we were going to let our granddaughter swim. They told us it had been closed since April. Didnt see that coming.

  : It offered a good breakfast and the air conditioning worked great!It was very quiet.
  : It really could use some updating. The mattress was not comfortable. It would of been nice if there was outdoor seating to be able to enjoy the outside.

  : The sheets were dirty when I showed up! I stayed for 9 nights without any sheets being changedThen waited 15 minutes to find someone to help me at the front desk to check out. Finally, afterwards telling them that my sheets were dirty they disregarded what I said and gave me my bill! What bad customer service, at least try to make it right!!! I will NOT be back nor recommend this hotel!

  : The breakfast selection was amazing! The breakfast staff was also very kind and had amazing service!
  : Apon arrival at midnight we were told that even though we paid 3rd party through affirm with booking.com that they required amenities hold for the total cost of the room for 1 night. We were not told this beforehand and honestly, we did not have the money to pay it. Thats why we used affirm in the first place. When I told the lady at the desk, she just said oh well it was in the fine print (Which I read back, and it was not). When I told her I had 3 children with me, and I was just needing a room because I was scared, I couldn't make the drive and asked for a refund so I could find another place to stay she said you will have to call booking because I can't help you and I doubt they will do it with it being the night of. So, I decided to get someone to send me money so I could stay and not lose my other money that I spent through booking with affirm. She said the hold would fall off in 3-7 days. Well now we are being told affirm never paid so they charged my charge and will not release the hold. Affirm has apparently not been in partner long and the hotel had no clue how to help me or fix the issue. I just let them keep the money (even though I needed to use affirm to make small payments over time) and made sure it was canceled through affirm but it took Mutiple calls to the hotel, booking, and affirm to figure this out. None of which offered not even an apology for the confusion or hassle. Moral of the story, don't use affirm because the hotel has no clue, they even except it and don't expect the staff to be helpful. They will lie to you and just tell you whatever to pacify you and not be very nice about it! Horrible Experience!!!
