  : The price was right , location was close to our outing. The receptionist was friendly .
  : The room had no remote for the TV. No coffee pot. The pillows were small and hard as a rock

  : The location is what I liked the most because it was close to the university and many food options near by, also they had a pool where the kids were able to enjoy their stay.
  : The staff was not friendly, we first made the reservation for 4 non-smoking bedrooms with queen beds, once we got there they wanted to place us in a 1 bedroom 1 sofa room, then after that was fix we where place in bedrooms that sure did not look like they had queen beds and had a strong stench of smoke. The second day of our stay management told my family that they needed to pack their luggage and go because they where allowing 1 person per room, which we made reservation for 16 people max in each room was 4 per their policy which we follow. Once he saw his mistake instead of apologizing all he said well I wont argue with you Im going to check the cameras. After that I was uncomfortable staying there.
