Disappointing

  : The bed was comfortable.
  : The room had a very odd smell, and the bathtub was EXTREMELY dirty. The hotel wanted a $50 cash only deposit but didn’t notify guest or list it on their website. As you walked through the hallways the doors to the maids closets were just open and very messy as well. Lastly when we arrived off a 5 hour drive my very young son had to use the bathroom, and the only one available was out of order so he had to wait 15 minutes for another guest to be checked in before we got our keys so he could go! Not to mention she refused to let me check in a king room with just myself and my 3 children under age 5, she told me to upgrade to a double queen room would be no cost, two minutes later she said $10 extra, and two minutes after that she said $15 extra! I could’ve stayed in a Marriott for $120 for one night!
