Disappointing

  : Proximity to Corfu town & Dassia beach
  : - Surrounding neighbor houses have cesspits, and it happened that someone was cleaning one of them and the smell outside was unbearableIt happened in the middle of the night and we had to close all our windows and basically survive in that smell entire night- There is a kitchen chimney right below the room windows/balconies so when something is cooking in the restaurant, you can see the smoke entering the room, so again we had to keep our windows closed.- Every other day around 5AM hotel staff was driving something that sounded like a shopping cart on an uneven road, so it produced a lot of noise and was waking us up extremely early in the morning. Also there was a towel/linen storage room right next to our doors so the staff would enter that room every other day around 5AM again waking us up.- Room door has really poor soundproofing and you could hear the people walking, closing their doors, etc. Also we were struggling to close the door since it started to fall apart.- There was no hand soap in the bathroom and not enough hangers for towels. Also bathroom doors are made of glass and cannot be closed properly, and if the wind blows harder, they open by themselves while someone is inside.- Even though the breakfast had different options, there were not scrambled eggs or fried eggs. They once put out scrambled eggs, but they were mixed with rice or something like that and tasted terrible. Why is it so hard to put simple scrambled eggs?

  : The location was great. Centrally located so youre in a great position to explore the island (definitely reccomend a rental car) The staff are incredible. Super friendly and willing to help in anyway they can.

  : Paloma Blanca is a relaxing country hotel within walking distance of beaches. We had a pool facing room which we would advise, specially given the summer path of the sun. The swimming pool is excellent in size and shape; ideal if you want to swim some lengths, and has a small shallow section not separate from the main pool. There are plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar is excellent with a wide range of food and drinks, including cocktails, and helpful staff. on the main road, there is a regular bus service running along the coast to Corfu Town. The breakfast buffet has a good range and is serviced efficiently.
