  : It was very cold in the cottage, the one toilet in the shower room did not work, the double bed was very uncomfortable and not at all easy to access for people of a certain age

  : The location was excellent and overall the cottage served our needs whilst away for a week with our granddaughter
  : The only thing I would add was that the cottage felt damp even though we were there in August, strange. Need to be able to put towel rail on in the property as towels were damp all week. A few maintenance issues which I have dropped separately to the owners to review. Although there was a welcome pack the milk was like the ones you get on a plane, would have been nice to have had a bottle in the fridge. It was the only place we've been to where we had to vacate by 9.30am, too early, even with the increased cleaning for covid which was given as the reason, everywhere else is still usually 11am, occasionally 10.30am
