  : From the moment we entered it was warm and homely. Excellent views and layout. Everything you need is there and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcoming pub very close and easy walk into town. Highly recommended.
  : Cons were well known and explained before we booked so not a suprise. Car park is in town some 7 mins walk away. Can park very close to drop off bags so not a big problem. There are 2 "if you get lucky" spaces by property, which we did each time, so even better. Many steps up to house and steep stairs in house, but no issue to us and you have to go up to get the excellent views so a worthwhile trade-off.

  : Location and balcony overlooking the river were fantastic. House is very roomy and quiet.
  : Lots of stairs! Fine for fit people. Lack of toilet roll and soap in the bathrooms. Obviously easily fixed with nearby shops, but if we had 6 people in the house on the first night it could have been awkward.
