  : For a Hilton property, it was really disappointing. - Staff were unprofessional. One of the housekeeping staff just walked into my room without knocking. Nobody is wearing uniforms so you don't know who works there or not. At breakfast, the attendants are listening to videos on their phones loudly.- I tried to extend my stay in the same room, but apparently they aren't trusted to handle any transactions at the front desk. I had to book the extra days online. Despite telling them I rebooked, they didn't make a note of it on the room and I was locked out. They blamed me for not checking out and checking back in again (which is a dumb policy - I told them to make a note of my rebooking).- The Breakfast really sucks. We're adults why are we eating microwaved eggs off paper plates and using plastic utensils. It just makes you feel like trash. You leave the country and stay at a hotel they give you actual silverwear, normal plates, glasses, ect. The food isn't microwaved. The US hotel chains are embarassing...- Air conditioning in the room rattled all night and there was no fan mode so it kept cutting on and off.- Bed was uncomfortable. They use these polyester blankets on the beds for whatever reason. Why is staying at a Hilton property less comfortable that staying at home?- WiFi cut out regularly. I had to use my hotspot at times.- Housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms every day. This is a US problem where we're all getting less service than before the pandemic. Pandemic is over, but the hotels continue to reduce what they give you. They would stop by and ask to clean the room occasionally but because none of them know English I couldn't communicate that I would be fine to have my room cleaned in 5 minutes... I actually know some Spanish but that shouldn't be necessary at a US hotel chain.- At the time of booking, this room was over $200 a night. You would expect much better than this for that price.
