  : Upon arrival, we immediately found many things that were unsatisfactory. Check in was nearly impossible with us having to open several different emails to receive different codes needed to check in. It was highly inconvenient as we all had our hands full and were not prepared for how extensive this would be. It was also not noted that there isn't free parking and valet parking is $36 a night. Cocaine was immediately found under one of the beds, dirty floors and coffee splattered walls, broken shower heads, faucets, etc. There was also no full length mirror, tissues and the lack of decoration makes it feel extremely uncomfortable. As an Airbnb owner, I would be embarrassed to list this place as my own. The property manager seemed willing to work with us on resolving these issues, but as soon as we sent a list of concerns over with photos we received no response. Several people in my office have tried calling and reaching out all week to no avail. After all fees and taxes, we paid about the same price as we would've for a nice hotel and overall could have had a far better experience elsewhere. The space itself is not bad, but the lack of organization from management and the dirtiness of the home kills it.
