A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All bookings of 5 rooms or more are subject to the property’s group booking conditions. Full payment for standard rate/flexible rate group bookings must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date and the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made.

Upon check-in all guests occupying the unit including children are required to present a valid form of identification along with the confirmation of your reservation.

Children under 18 are not permitted to stay in the accommodation unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. All under 18’s are included in the occupancy level for your apartment.

Check-ins after 22:00 are subject to prior arrangement with the property.

Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities.

Special requests for accessibility requirements, specific apartment locations and views cannot be guaranteed.

Parking spaces are limited to one per room. No heavy goods vehicles or commercial vehicles including vans are allowed in the car park at any time.

The property is located on a hill and some areas have steps.

The sun terrace will be closed for emergency maintenance work until further notice.

Under no circumstances must the maximum occupancy level be exceeded.

The resort operates an on-going refurbishment to improve the accommodation, facilities and common areas. Refurbishments or building work may be taking place throughout the year. Some disturbance may occur.

On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
