  : The hotel is convenient to downtown and the Sixth & Belleview Avenue town shuttle stop. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast is provided in such a gracious way. Yummy bagels, English muffins, pastries, fruit, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juice and oatmeal that you can enjoy in a bright sunny spot at tables set with fresh flowers. The rooms were outfitted with a desk, dresser, table for two, fridge, and closet cabinet for coats. The bed was comfy as were we during our stay. We used the laundry facilities too and that was very helpful.
  : The two queen bed room size was adequate for us - a couple, but we thought it might be tight for four people- although we saw families and friends who were sharing a room and they seemed happy!

  : The location was excellent. You could walk to restaurants easily. I really enjoyed the delicious cookies in the afternoon. The small touches go a long way.
  : The decor was dated. A fresh coat of paint would brighten the place up.
