  : Nice location on the mountain. No on site staff, but available by phone. All of the staff that I spoke to were very friendly.
  : Not crazy about the process thru Red Awning. It was very confusing. Not sure who to get in touch with when I didn't receive check in instructions. Red Awning doesn't have anyone that answers the phone. I sent an email and it was never responded to!

  : The location is great. The parking is convenient. The front desk employees are friendly and helpful.
  : The common areas are surprisingly run down and smells strongly of chlorine from the indoor hottub, which was under repair. The unit itself is well located in the property. It was decorated for both Christmas (reindeer, Christmas trees) and fall (pumpkins) when we arrived for our stay in July. The kitchen is minimally equipped. The master bed mattress is in desperate need of replacement. The secondary bedroom does not have an exterior window but rather a window and door into the common area of the building. Since neither of these could be opened, it is hot and stuffy in the summer in the bedroom.
