  : Condo next door used a treadmill from 5-5:30 next to our bedroom(thump, thump,thump. Comfortable seating from 3, fourth chair not comfortable.

  : Booking company.arrived to a sign that said do not use master shower. Notified them immediately and got a text back said they would send maintenance and asked if I still needed a call back, I stated yes as there were other issues. Never received a call. Maintenance showed up later that afternoon and stated he assumes the notice was put in the wrong condo and we could use shower. Let him know we were not given any toiletries(shampoo,soap etc) and that the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, stated he would notify housekeeping. Never saw housekeeping. Got a text next morning stating your issue is resolved do you still need a call. Replied yes all issues are not resolved, received another email stating someone will call soon. Day four I replied that I still had not heard from anyone and issues still not resolved. Left on day 6 with no phone call. Very poor customer service, will not use this group again.
