  : Room had door that opened onto courtyard which was great. Dog friendly hotel (but had to pay extra £20 for the night which is a bit steep on top of £105 we paid for 1 nights stay - I'd say this should be a £60 a night rate max not over £100) Good location off the M42. Nice hot powerful shower. Next to canal for walks. Breakfast was OK (a hash brown and black pudding would have been great to see on the full English though). Friendly helpful staff. Large bedroom.
  : So many patterns in the room (carpet versus walls versus curtains), Cups had been filled with coffees etc but the cups had been used previously, coffee spillage on the bench top from previous occupants, refilled shower gel (green) was on top of body lotion (white), hole in wall and ripped net curtain. Paper hand towels used as napkins in the dining room. Extractor not good enough in bathroom. Lamps half hanging off wall in bedroom, lino damaged in bathroom etc etcNeeds the tvs Alex Polizzi hotel inspector to bring it back up to what it could be.Was going to give feedback about the cleanliness of the room on our way out but no receptionist available when we left.

  : We were very happy with the setting, the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We found the bed very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and put food in their fridge and freezer for us.We enjoyed our breakfast.and it was nice sitting in the courtyard garden.
  : The information in the rooms was out of date, but we mentioned this to staff, and this is very likely to be solved already.

  : Breakfast was a disappointment, no menu for hot breakfasts, wasn't told if there were any options, what was served up for a full English seam as if it had been prepared the night before and left under hot plates, as sausages and bacon was dried up and hard.... the continental breakfast consisted of five large open bowls of cereal (which didn't seam fresh)with a jug of milk that was warm, not chilled ....
