  : The spacious rooms. The two showers in the bathroom. The location of the room was close to an exit. The location of the hotel was close to the zoo and many different stores and restaurants.
  : The hot tub wasn't available anymore.

  : We booked online on Bookings. We arrived 10 minutes later and saw kids partying in the parking lot and it was noisy. We decided we did not want to stay there. We went to the front desk and informed the night manager that we wanted to cancel and she would not allow us to. She told us that we needed to cancel 24 in advance. We told her that we booked the room 10 minutes ago. She said she would not allow the cancellation and that we would have to go through Booking.Com. We had a very difficult time contacting a human with Booking . We left to find another motel in another town. When we finally spoke with an agent with Booking.com we calmly explained what happened the night before. The agent told us she would call us back. We are still waiting for her call. That was last week. We will never use Booking again.
