  : I liked the bed and the decorations and the breakfast the hotel isnt that bad !
  : I didnt like that the room .. we have already picked in the booking app wasnt the same one we got ! we ended up in a smaller room without a notice when I came at 2 pm they said the house maid wasn lt ready and they didnt have any rooms available ! oh AND the charged my card TWICE it was supposed to be a good relaxed day and the workers over all ruined it !

  : The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. We like the coffee between meals.
  : We stayed the first night in room 302 on 5/25/23. The carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and made sleeping problematic. The shower/tub/bathroom didn't have any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Someone had tried to force the room window open, and the track was broken. There were no towels in the pool hot tub area. The second night we stayed in room 101 on 5/27/23. The sink was broken/cracked in the bathroom. We were charged $133.28 for the first night, and $185.92 for the second night. We were told that the room rate was the same when we booked the rooms. Why were we charged $52.64 more for the second night. Had we known that we would have stayed elsewhere. Deceptive business practices for sure. Will be the last time we stay there.
