  : We (family of 3) stayed 5 nights during Christmas 2023 for skiing, hospitality was good, restaurant was good, location is excellent.
  : Very very poor WiFi in the room (3rd floor), and also the reception area. The Sommelier at the restaurant recommended us a very expensive champagne (approx. 80 EUR) without clearly explaining the price, which we felt was poor attitude.

  : Hotel is so so old, definitely needs the renovation. Rooms are very small, even no space to open the suitcase.Breakfast is poor, fruit are not fresh. Pool must be booked in advance and it is open only after 15.00

  : It's 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest lift, rental service with storage, and ski school. Also, there is a shuttle if you prefer to keep ski-stuff at the hotel.
  : I read many negative reviews, but friends convinced me to try to spend the Christmas holidays there - that was a mistake. This place doesn't know what the service is... At check-in, you feel like they have their own pace, and nobody is in a hurry. Even though we were with the 4-year-old kid, they provided us with a room just on top of the lobby where every evening they have loud music (giving us keys, they promised that the room would look for another side and should be quiet). As we asked for a quieter room, they said no other rooms were available, and they didn't know that we have special requirements for a kid... after a scandal and waiting 20 mins, they offered another room. As we learned later, the main building is old, with small, very basic rooms (don't trust pictures), no noise protection and the elevator starts half a floor up - you must carry your bags upstairs. There is another building which is newer and has better facilities. There is one Finnish sauna (up to 80C) and one hamam. You should use their application to book a visit to the spa or pool. The cleaning was terrible; I noticed much hair in the sauna. As for the pool, you have to wear a hat. For pool and sauna, they give you a towel; you should keep it for the whole stay, or they will charge you for each new towel. The majority of the staff doesn't speak any language except Italian. The dinner starts at 19:30. The quality is acceptable. We stayed almost two weeks and were proposed to order a bottle of wine only once close to the end of our stay. The service is chaotic; you order something, and they can forget or bring it in an hour. Overall impression - it's rather a busy canteen, not the restaurant. The breakfast is poor. There are no eggs or meat if youre 10-15 minutes late. They serve no fish and almost no vegetables. The lobby is very simple, with heavily used furniture. WiFi wasn't working all two weeks.

  : The hotel room is spacious with plenty of storage. Having a balcony that looks out into pristine snow is a big plus. The staff is very helpful and breakfast is generous.
  : Car parking and ski storage were not sufficient for the number of guests. Out of 4 days, only one day I managed to park my car in a proper spot. We had to just stack our skis against a wall because there was simply no free racking for us.

  : Great food, very comfortable room, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were good, but got booked up very quickly while we were there.
  : The evening entertainment took up most of the public area, we would have preferred an option to sit somewhere more quiet.
