  : Location (across the street from the beach), kitchen, easy check in, free breakfast, quiet.
  : It could've been a bit cleaner (stained curtains and carpet, dusty furniture), there was a strong, strange smell I couldn't get rid of. Housekeeping never came and cleaned or even offered clean linen or towels. We had to ask front desk staff. No parking available on the lot a couple nights. Had to park down the street. The front desk staff parked in front of the door in the striped zone that is supposed to be loading space for a handicapped van. We stayed 6 nights and had nowhere comfortable to sit. No sofa or softer chairs in the room. We had a king suite with a kitchen, a 2 person table, 2 hard chairs, and the bed. We made due, but I wouldn't recommend this place for an extended stay.

  : The hotel was VERY dated and needed replacing and updating. The bathtubs were rusting and the fridges in the suites were rusting and dented. Everything in the hotel is old and needs a major renovation and update.
