  : We really enjoyed how close it is to the beach and community pool. The condo had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids.
  : Upon entering the condo it smelled dirty and like mildew. The sectional was broken. Old coffee was in the coffee maker. All the bathroom towels smelled musty so we had to rewash them all. Every pot/pan had a coat of grease on it. There was urine stains running down the front of the toilet along with pubic hair in the master downstairs bathroom. So we basically started our family vacation by stripping down all the beds, washing all the linens, towels, dishes, buying deodorizers and wiping down all the counters, toilets, showers. Just so the family felt at ease about using anything. Extremely disappointing considering the amount of money we are charged for a cleaning fee on top of the rental rate. Definitely will not be renting this unit ever again.
