Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 2 years old and over stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Bella Katerina by Prestige Bookings in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Mon 21 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Air conditioning is available at an extra charge of EUR 6 per unit per day, and payable locally if required.

Pool heating is available at an extra charge of EUR 50 per day, and payable locally if required. Guests who are interested in this service must notify the property at least 1 week prior to arrival.

Central heating is available from November till March for an extra charge of EUR 30 per day, and payable locally if required.
