  : the hotel is lovely and nice, i don't like the restaurant head waiters
  : the head of waiters in the hotel impressed me and my wife in front of customers, as he asked me yo come with him before i finished my food in loud voice to pay for 2 dinners he just assume that we are sneaking to the restaurant, while we are in half board

  : Location is georgeous, some staff are friendly, others seem that they don't want to be there. They did cater to some needs and constructive criticism, alot of things seem like afterthoughts (ex. Massage chairs in the middle of nowhere) alot of randomness
  : overated and outdated. Even though some aspects have been updated, overall this hotel needs an overhaul. bathrooms need updating, room furniture is old, pool towels are old, pool area was dirty, breakfast was mediocre not 5 star, dirty carpet in hallway,
