: Welcome pack (Bread, cheese, jam, tea, coffee, milk & water) was most welcome, especially as we arrived at the villa quite late. Outside area very spacious with a good size pool. Plenty of sun beds and a good mix of shaded and full sun terrace areas. Good barbecue area that we used several times. Villa located in quiet residential area and outside areas are not too overlooked. Good access to the costal path and sea front, where you can find a number of nice restaurants/bars overlooking the sea(beautiful sunsets) about 2mins drive or 15mins walk.
: Villa not easy to find, especially in the dark. More detailed instructions and the correct key code for the lock box would have made our arrival less stressful. On arrival the overall cleanliness of the villa was disappointing in particular the bathroom floors and stairways had not been swept or cleaned to what we would consider a satisfactory standard. Inside the villa, many of the fixtures and fittings are quite dated and some of the equipment did not work or was broken - Dishwasher does not clean even on intensive setting - Kitchen sink is not fixed to the work top and just moves around - Electric stand up fan was faulty. The garden needs some attention, most of the pots had dead plants or weeds in them. There was a broken glass lantern on the patio which needs to be removed. The pool man came during our stay and left the hose filling the pool, by the time we returned that evening the pool was overflowing, meaning the filter could not work properly and as a consequence we had to continuously remove bugs/debris from the pool.

: The location of the property was excellent. The outdoor space was great, with a variety of seating and areas for shade. we had a couple of maintenance issues which were responded to immediately, excellent service.
