  : The room is missing clothes hangers, the lights were damaged, apparently people put their coats on them and that caused the damage.

  : this was only the second time in the last three years I have been travelling every month all over the world that I felt discriminated for being a booking.com customer. I was placed into a room in another building having to pull my suitcase around three blocks in the rain, next to a room under construction with rotor hammers. Thursday and Friday was impossible to be in the room during working hours. The woman checking me in was not friendly at all, nor did I see any employee smile in four days. The sauna attendant were very unfriendly and one of them even talked to me in a very condescending way when I asked him a question about sauna rules. The only employee ever saying hello were the women at breakfast yelling good morning at you to get your attention to find out your room number. There might have been ten different saunas at this place but only three were operating. The area around the outside pool hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
