  : Staff very friendly and helpful, location was great, room was a nice size and bed very comfortable . Garden area lovely and Pool and sauna was nice

  : modernized hotel with good facilities: good sized kitchen accompanied with dishwasher and washing machine, prepared sofa bed. Good choice for family with kids. We've been to other Adina hotels, the brand and experiences are the reason we choose to stay with it.
  : I'm a bit disappointed this time due to serveral reasons. 1. Location, though it's 24 minute-walk to the city center, it's still a long-walk, you can take a public trasport, but for the same/cheaper price, you can find a hotel in the center of Koln with similar condition with breakfast. it's close to the station, but it feels unsafe to walk during evening or night time. no supermarket close by or they closed earlier compared with other convenient store. it's a new area under development.2. Breakfast, due to the high price, we didn't book the rooms with breakfast included, but we added one morning, the breakfast is ok (compared with the quality of other 4-star hotels), but the servie level is low: We saw one staff cleaned a table when the hotel guest didn't finish yet. she said that she didn't know, but this creates an unwelcome feeling to the guests. I was about to have a coffee after the breakfast at 10.03 but the same staff telling me the restaurant opens till 10h, so she cleans the machine at 10h sharp. I see other guests were waiting to have a good coffee after the breakfast but were speachless when they see the coffee machine is not available. I've never seen this in other hotels.(It's not about the schedule but willingness to serve the customers. 3.Service level, some staff are very freindly and helpful when some are not willing to serve. Your room will be cleaned every 3 days is you don't inform them before 21h the day before, the complimentory water bottle only provided on the 1st day of arrival, but we got it everyday in other Adina hotels. I also got it on the 2nd day when I requested it, but on the 3rd day, the lady at reception said no, so it really depends on the person, or the services level is not equal among the staff. 4.Facility, the facility is in gerneral good in all Adina hotels.

  : Aircon is weak and not cooling properly, beads were singles pushed together into a king size even though it was a king room. No king sheets so it didn’t even feel like one bed.
