  : It was very difficult at check in especially when I had sent a message before arriving that I was being paid for by my brother using his credit card. It wasn’t til after I got there that it was explained that I would need a form and photos of the card and his ID even though he had already paid for everything up front. I understand the need for protecting everyone and their payment information but it took over an hour and a half for me to get my room and to put a hold for deposit of $150 when I was actually only there for the night was really absurd. Add to that, coffee in the lobby, when they had any was cold.

  : The hotel was clean and beautiful. For the most part, my stay was very enjoyable.
  : My tires, as well as the tires of about 20 more guest were slit in the night. No accommodations nor reimbursements were made by the hotel. I was told the hotel manager left, because he was tired from the night shift. The manager was present while the tires were slit. We were told we chose to park at our own risk. They have millions of cameras, which gives the illusion of safety, but apparently no one monitors them. Think about the time it took to slit almost 20 consecutive tires. It cost me and my friend collectively over $400 in tire expenses, not to mention travel delays.

  : Breakfast should have been free. Very meager. Door of bathroom needs to be repaired. Should not close on person automatically. No regular coffee in morning. only Decaf. Towels not neatly placed when entering bathroom. Need someone on duty to help older people with luggage

  : Couldn’t take food from the dinner to the rooms had to eat it down stairs. Weird smell the first day I arrived at the lobby. Probably was cleaning supply but it did bother me a bit. Smelled like a hospital

  : The property is a complete recent reno. So it is all very fresh and clean. Lots of free parking. Right at the interstate.
  : I didn’t like the way they do cleaning. I was there a week. My room never got serviced fully even with me asking.

  : It was recently renovated but could use minor repairs. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was nice and helpful.
  : I never experienced a stay at a hotel that did not have complimentary breakfast. By experience, the food that was available at the bar only at 6pm, It was overpriced for the quality of the food, as well as the breakfast bar, even though the breakfast bar was good and kept clean environment. My only thing at the breakfast bar was that they tell you that it is $10 - but they charge you $13. I could understand If it was a 5-star hotel as far as charging. So, if you have had a long flight and long lay overs, hope you're not hungry when you get to the hotel because, you will not be able to eat until morning or 6 in the evening. I was looking forward to using the pool, which was one of the reasons I booked at this hotel, but it was out of order up to the 3rd day of my leaving. I been back home for over a week now and I am yet to receive my deposit, nor is it pending with my credit union. My bathroom sink was stopped up and I had to wait for maintenance to come the next afternoon to fix it while I was getting ready to go too my event. That was REALLY an uncomfortable experience. I was never offered any type of accommodation for my inconvenience.

  : Newly renovated and still shaking out the kinks in the massive job. Gearing up with pretty good restaurant/bar. It can address a big meeting or small convention. Best of luck to operators.
  : Confusion regarding HVAC controls, inconvenience of remaining renovations.

  : Clean, polite staff, a lot of space, were able to accommodate early check-in and short notice plans. I had a terrible experience with the place I’d originally booked and needed a place on short notice. I booked just a couple of hours before heading there. I arrive about an hour and a half before checkin just hoping they could accommodate and they did. The room was perfect and all of the staff I interacted with at the front desk and the hotel restaurant/bar were incredibly nice.
