  : The room was AMAZING!!!! They have a mini store with a nice variety. Building was quiet
  : They are having construction going on. I am a functional handicap. I can move around but it does take effort. The construction workers parked their vehicles in the handicap spaces. I asked the front desk person if she could get one of them to move their vehicle so I could use the space. She said I could ask and there isn't anything she could do. I had spoken to the foreman, informed him the spaces he is in is illegal. Said he needed to be there and will move when they were done. I had to threaten to get the police involved to get the vehicle moved!!!The room I had was directly in front of the front door roof. Found out the next morning they were doing work on the roof in front of my window. I sleep with the curtains open for natural light. My friend and I were sleeping naked on top of the blanket. Imagine the surprise of opening your eyes to a woman screaming about men looking at her!!! The people were on the roof at the same level of the room able to look directly at us!!!! I informed the lady at the front desk and she apologized which is fine but why give a room exactly where workers are working? The hotel is great but the front desk needs to learn conflict resolution!!!

  : location is 20 mins away from airport
  : I check in around 11:30 pm . After I went to bathroom try to take a shower and there is no hot water . I call the front desk few times no one answers the call. So I went to bed without a shower and there is no toothbrush in the room . The room cost over $100 a night and the hotel didn’t provide basic needs . In addition, there was a guy on the bus shuttle he told me there are bed bugs in his room .
