  : It was a lovely cosy property with plenty of room and the pub was very friendly. The staff were very accommodating and are new so are in the process of refurbishment in certain areas. I sure they will get things great in no time.
  : Some of the furniture could do with some TLC. Eg, knob on bedside missing and the draws felt like they were going to fall out. I had some mug marks on my bedside unit and a towel had been left hanging behind the door. The shower was very small in (not the master room one the main one) I found it difficult to wash my feet as there is no room to bend.

  : The room was comfortable but was a shack next to main building. Warm but very dated but bathroom modern
  : Apparently has new owners and no breakfast included so felt completely disappointed as we should have been notified so we could have taken something to eat! Plus we paid for breakfast

  : Lovely hotel in a lovely countryside setting. We stayed in the lodge which is separate from the main hotel which was really nice!
  : We had asked to check out an hour later but were told it wasnt possible, so it was disappointing to find that nobody was available to check us out on the Sunday morning so it seems this extra hour could have been accommodated. No big deal though and didnt affect our view of the hotel!

  : Beautiful location, the coach house is also lovely however the actual lower buck was closed for some renovations to be carried out and we were only informed on the day after our arrival. I booked this particular stay for my parents as a gift to be able to enjoy a cosy winter afternoon in the pub as the village is very small there are limited options so we where sad to find out it was closed on their arrival, they had to walk to another pub in the village to find someone to contact the owner as there was no access and no one around. Saying this, my parents informed me that the owner was extremely apologetic and offered a complimentary bottle of wine. Such a shame that I hadn't been informed sooner so I could at least prepare my parents for their arrival. The coach house it's self is beautiful, but sadly no where to get breakfast was a bit of an issue in a little village.

  : The landlord explained everything about the property. He was very helpful and welcoming.We stayed in the lodge which was separate to the pub. It was cosy, clean and very comfortable.
