  : The location was nice. The grounds were good and the staff in site was great.
  : So much to say that was wrong with this property. First -this was not a house- even a townhouse. It was more like a hotel suite or at best a condo unit. Each of these units are individually owned. What that means is that each owner can decide how they will rent their unit. So- this one is handled outside the Suncadia resort. There are layers of hands in this unit which mays it very difficult, if not impossible to get issues resolved. First- I made the reservation through booking. I assumed it would be them and the property as I have used booking multiple times. Then I was contacted by Vacassa, a property management company for the unit. There. was only one way communication with the company- they would send out automated messages but when I posted a query- no reply. Check in was a nightmare. The property is actually at a Hilton resort, they have the keys to the hotel unit. But- they cannot release them until they hear from the owner that the property is cleaned and ready to rent. Vacassa does not actually clean them- they hire another agency for this. So, I am sitting at the front desk, with the front counter person who says she wishes she could help me out but has no control over this property- even though she is the one with the key. I call Vacassa- get an automated message. I wait around some more- they call back and tell me I am all set to check i so I hand the phone to the front desk person. They talk for a couple minutes and then I get the phone back and Vacassa tells me the resort has a strict no early check in policy. ( It’s 3:30, check in is at 4). The front desk person has already told me that if it was up to her, she would check me in. I tell this to the Vacassa agent who then says she will have to call the local rental service agency to see if the unit has been cleaned. More standing around. She finally calls back and give the go ahead the front desk who hand me the keys.

  : Fantastic room/condo.
  : Bathroom lights need attention. The bedroom was very cold and could not be adjusted with the wall thermostat-except to turn off.
