  : The family room was lovely and spacious. The location is excellent and so close to the beach and pier. The breakfast was great with good choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.
  : The only downside was that the doorbell wasn't working and therefore we were kept awake by other visitors knocking on the door to gain access late at night.

  : Unexpected Reggae event was really good and my friend and the dog could stay in the bar. Shower was spacious and we had a family room, ideal for the dog.
  : There was a gap under the door where you could hear from outside the noise of people talking late

  : It had a good atmosphere,clean and in a good area within walking distance to the beach breakfast was very tasty and having live music and a dj of an evening was very good.
  : Getting into the shower was difficult due to the position of the hand basin. No drinking water in the room so maybe leave a couple of bottles of water with the teas and coffees. Being able to watch TV in the room was difficult as the Alexa kept stopping.

  : Big room with no carpet, easy to access. Location was perfect. Complementary breakfast lovely. No charge for the furries! (dog). Bathroom is very big and with a good shower. Staff is really friendly and helpful.
  : The room is being renovated (or has recently been) and it's excellent, I would just say to add some hangers in the bathroom and furniture/shelves to put some personal items on.

  : The location was perfect and the breakfast was lovely. The room was very clean
  : The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were like pancakes ! The tv didn't work, called the staff to help, the man looked at it and said he would go and find another remote, after half hour I went to check on the progress and was told he had gone home and no one knew anything about it ! The toilet kept breaking down and not flushing, it was also making a terrible noise every 20 minutes or so, we had to call them in to fix the toilet 3 times as it wouldn't flush. There is a green light in the main room to indicate where the fore exit is, this light stayed on all night and lit up the whole room. The noise levels were very high due to the room being right next to the main hotel entrance. There was also dog poo everywhere around the front and back of the hotel.
