  : The location on Diversy is fantastic. There are loads of sites and restaurants/entertainment within a one-mile radius. The hotel itself has a funky cool vibe in the common areas. The front desk staff were mostly pleasant. We arrived two hours before check-in and were able to get into our room. We were also offered another room type (switching from a king to two double beds) when the staffer noticed I was traveling with my teen daughter. OH, it was great to have a Nespresso machine in the room!
  : The walls are SUPER thin so you'll hear your neighbor's conversations and late-night activities. We were in a king room that doesn't appear to have been updated recently. Other than the lobby area, I'm not sure anything else in the hotel has been updated. Our bathroom was tiny; the position of the toilet paper holder actually limited the ability to sit squarely on the toilet. I wish there was a mini-frig. My bad for not reading the room amenity list more closely.

  : Location is excellent. The lobby is cleaned up and stylish. Some members of this staff were friendly and helpful.
  : The building is old and the rooms are very small. Some parts of the rooms have been updated, but there are still things like rusty windows sashes, outdated air conditioning units. The air conditioning cool the air but did not humidifier it so the room was always dampI found long dark women's hair in the sheets of my bed and someone else used washcloths in the shower when I arrived. Some of the front desk staff was friendly but others gave no greeting and no smile.

  : Location of the hotel was really good. Easy to get to Lincoln Park, downtown and airport. Lots of place to eat and drink in area.
  : Room was not cleaned once during our 3 night stay, we should have been made aware of this so that we could request a refresh of towels and empty bins. I made the booking through booking.com who took a charge and then got charged again by the hotel. Spoke to a member of staff today and should be paid back next couple of days.
