: We liked the location and the food in the resort restaurant - exceeding expectations. It is great to be on a ground floor as you can look after your kid while it's playing right in front of you. Everything was close.
: We were welcomed by one of the most impolite ladies I ever interacted with. After a 400km journey we wanted to see the studio before moving in and she started to push us to move in quickly as we had stopped the car in front of the main entrance and according to her the hotel managers would have troubled her for that. I am a client and I pay the listed price with no objections. I go on a holiday to rest as I am in a rush for the remaining 11 months of the year working. That's not how you would welcome your guests... What was even worse is that the whole studio stinks as sewage for a week non-stop. Really heavy stink hard to ignore... It was very dirty - they clean once every 3 days and IMHO they just leave you some toilet paper and "washed" sheets and towels. By washed I mean sheets with stains that we asked to be changed 3 times until a sheet with no stains could be found...Finally, we requested a bed for our 2 year old kid and we received it, but there was no option to request a high chair. We requested it from the host, she said she will check on the next day, and eventually said no you won't receive one. We have 7 beds for kids and just 3 high chairs - all the chairs are in use right now. How is this an adequate answer from the host? With the cost of only one night for the studio they can buy like 7 chairs, but it's not a priority for them to treat guests properly...Oh and I was about to forget... There is no place to park your car. You can leave it on the main dirty street with intense traffic 300m away from the hotel and pray it won't get hit or you can pay additionally for a parking spot.
