  : Excellent and quite position 500 mt. from the uncrowded beach of Duni, great breakfast, a relaxing swimming pool, free parking and a very good restaurant on site. Owners are very kind and make their best to make everything very confortable. I hope to be back !!

  : It was a very pleasant family hotel, clean an tidy. The gardens were spacious, the restaurant was nice with an exceptional food quality! They produce their own food - fruits, vegetables, different types of meat and have super fresh fish. Once you've settled, you get used to the atmosphere very quickly and you start to enjoy your stay a little more each day The hosts were nice and friendly. The swimming pool was big, clean and with a lot of space and sunbeds around. Free parking right next to the hotel

  : Although stated on website that 1 language spoken was English that wasn't the case great difficulty understanding, there was no private beach everything needed some TLC had to send butter back from breakfast as it was mouldy

  : Very nice hotel on a perfect location. Close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria and to Sozopol. The restaurant is very good and the whole atmosphere is relaxing. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
  : The open bathroom is a little bit confusing, because everything gets wett.

  : The room although dated was vert clean the TV and aircon worked as did all the light fittings and fridgeThe restaurant /terrace area was a lovely blend of natural shade and subdued lightingThe pool area was nice with no extra charges for sun umbrellas or loungers, the pool was cleanThe breakfast was very good and the food served was excellent and at a good priceThe serving staff were good though there was a wait for food as it was cooked fresh, there was a wonderful smell from the wood fired bread oven.We think this hotel may have suffered as there is a massive ugly hotel complex at the bottom of the hill which has perhaps removed some custom from here.Don't let the downsides out you off this really is a nice place to stay, the beach is 10 mins walk and the main town 5 mins by car.
  : The whole hotel could do with a bit of an update, it just looks a bit tired it could do with some paint, some of the wiring was unusual and it had a slightly dated feel, if you top of the range comfort look elsewhere and pay moreIf you want rustic chic this is the place for you

  : The only positives for this Hotel was the location and its pretty gardens.
  : Noisy room. Poor WIFI. Breakfast was take it or leave it. 14" TV with bad reception and lack of channels. Metal spiral staircases to room carrying luggage was difficult. No reciepts given. Unable to pay with credit card, cash only.

  : The location is not the best if you intent to spend most of your time on the beach or Sozopol in general but if you have a car it takes less than 10 minutes to get to anywhere you want. Breakfast was OK at best but the restaurant has great things to offer for lunch and dinner.
  : Breakfast was bland. No drinks included. Driveway to the hotel is in bad shape, low cars will have a bit of trouble getting to the parking. Stairs to the floors in the last wing of the hotel are outright dangerous and when drinking all night it's a challenge to get to your room.

  : the shower is not practical because the whole bathroom is wet when you shower
