  : The shower was great pressure and easy to use.
  : Lock Box near IMPOSSIBLE to open, waited 2.5 hours to be let in. It was dark. Countertops were sticky as was silverware. I requested flowers for our anniversary. They were not there. The kitchen sink faucets and toilet handles were backward. Coffee pot, but not provided any coffee. No guide for TV operation. One side of the building had no numbers above the room doors. We had to search for our room by knocking on doors. Car space on a different side of the building. I requested compensation for the first night and no one will speak with me about it. This review would be better if they had spoken to me. I called the provided number for this complaint but was only told that "Someone will reach out to you" but this never happened after waiting a week. I will not be staying at ANY Vacasa property in the future.
