  : Mattress (king) needed replacing, no vent in bathroom, broken remote, too much light coming into room with no way to block, light switch near door didn't connect to fixtures, only dark roast coffee provided, only one soap for sink and tub, no (tiny) lotion, rickety furniture that "jiggled," lack of a desk, no one told us where ice machine was or provided larger site map, TV small for room size (but that's really a petty, picky critique), a month after daylight savings, no one changed clock radio time, no shelf space in bathroom, one bath towel pp = cheap

  : We stayed for one night. The location was excellent for quick access to downtown Chatham and nearby beaches, the former probably walking distance for some. The room was a good size, very clean and with comfortable beds. Having a mini refrigerator and microwave were a plus. Coffee provided was surprisingly good.
  : The bathroom area is only on one switch so if you have to use the toilet at night, the bedroom is flooded with light. There were no complementary shampoo and conditioner bottles and only one bar of soap. Even though there was only one other couple staying in our section of the inn, they were next door to us and we could hear everything. I imagine when the inn is full during high season, it is much noisier.
