  : The staff was very helpful and polite. Helps me with my complaint about having sheets with hair all over them, which I could not sleep in the bed the first night I was there it was disgusting.
  : The property outside in the parking lot was dirty. It had garbage everywhere in the parking lot of where the flowers or shrubbery was. The room smelled like a wet dog. The carpet had dog hair all over it. I sat a cup on the carpet for a second not realizing there was dog hair there I picked up the cup and dog hair was stuck all on the bottom of the cup. It was disgusting. I wanted to throw up the bed in one of the rooms when you pulled back the covers there was hair all over the bed the pillow the comforter had stains on it could not sleep in that bed that night, but I went downstairs the next day and spoke to the young lady. She’s been there three years. She’s an awesome person and she bought me a new comforter and I told her I would go ahead and wash the sheets, but the night prior I was just too tired to wash them, but the property outside needs to be cleaned up. People don’t want to come there and see cups and stuff all over the driveway I mean I know it’s not totally the property fault that people cannot pick up after themselves but it doesn’t need to stay out there cause obviously the people staying there. We’re not gonna clean it up.

  : Ummm. I can say the exterior part of the building was quite nice, the parking was the only thing I liked. Very big parking lot, we didn’t have any trouble finding a parking space.
  : Pretty much everything else was horrible. When you walked in it smells like stale cigarette,weed smoke. It took the customer service guest 10-15 minutes to get to the front desk, even the UPS person was there I’m assuming she was waiting on a signature. Check out was the same , I had to wait for someone to get to the desk and when she walked up she gave an exhausting blow, along with a very dry greeting.. Soooo let’s get to the STAY! First off I read the reviews which probably were paid because based off what I saw compared to the reviews were two different things. It was a strong smoke smell from the time you walked in, in the elevator, the hallway and in our room! I was on the third floor and I saw a dead baby roach while I was walking to my room and at that point I knew I may have picked the wrong place. We walk into the room…..And of course we walked around to see what it looked like! The ceiling had tape on it as if there may have been balloons there from previously. The room did come with a washer and dryer but there was writing on the door of the washer that said “GET MONEY $$ We Wealthy on it! Which was strange, in the shower there was a DIRTY brown rag hanging from the shower rod! The towel they had in the room were white so who knows where that came from! There was hair strands on the walls in the shower where the washer and dryer was.. There were stains on the couches. I slept in the chair, and my family slept on top on the sheets as well because with the room looking the way I did I wasn’t sure if they had even washed the fitted sheets. Good thing we had brought jackets and extra towels fromHome. The extras is what we used as blankets.I will never recommend anyone to stay there. The building looks too nice and it’s going downhill and fast. They couldn’t have cleaned anything in there probably just wiped the counters on off and went on to the next. I took pictures, but I’m not sure if you can see the writing on the washer machine.
