  : When it was time to check in because they computer was down I was turned away with a child remind you I had a reservation. I had to wait 2 hours I ask to talk to a manager. But the male clerk was no helpful and keep saying his new...This place is horrible .Everyday the key would NOT WORK HAD TO KEEP GOING TO THE FRONT DESK.i bought snack from the hotel and they where 2 month expires the male clerk said the hotel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the snacks....I never had a problem with Booking.com but this was just horrible because I called them about the hotel not checking us in...no help from them either .I got a message on booking.com from the hot saying I can give a 50$ deposit in cash...I was told at the hotel they don't take CASH BUT CHECKING OUT TODAY A MAN WAS CHECKING OUT AND TO THE CLERK HE PAID HIS DEPOSIT IN CASH
