  : The view. The position it's beautiful. Very nice for winter sports. Helpful staff. Good food.
  : The place is retro. You feel like in an 80' hotel. The WC in our room didn't worked, someone came to fix it. We had dead flies by the windows. Restaurant menu in sloven only.

  : it felt like a prison, we arrived at 7pm to be told the bar/area by their advertised fire were being picked up for the night and hotel staff were off siteI dont have anything to compliment.
  : Ive been to Slovenia 4 times and had some amazing stays-this was not! They advertise through their pictures a spa, you have to pay extra and book this. this is not clearly advertised and should be in the main description. the hotel felt like a prison as everything was locked up at 7pm and there are no communal area to sit, they advertise a fire, we could not access this. we didnt have any water or drinks facilities in our room. it was just not representative of the add on booking.comwhen booking we also saw that evening meals were available, this was not an option, we arrived hungry ready for an evening meal, a nice drink and a spa, bitterly disappointed. also the receptionist when we checked out was rude and hostile when I challenged her about our stay. she also charged us for a tax we had already paid when booking on the app

  : The views from the cafeteria, nice stay, comfy beds. Receptionists very nice, they helped us making a call for a tour in Slovenian, all ok.
  : The cafeteria staff were very pushy for dinner. Kitchen closes at 20:30, restaurant at 21 but we were having a beer outside at 19:30 and the waiter kept pushing us to order the dinner. But the food was good.
