  : Before our arrival, we talked about arriving late (around 21:00). The host said it was OK, no problem, just call him. When we arrived, he started complaining about us being late and that he wants to sleep. For this reason, he did not help us with the parking because it was "too dark" and he was cold outside the street.After checking in the appartman, we called him for help, because it was freezing in the bedrooms (14 C` degrees). He said there is an Air Conditioner above the entrance door in the hall, that will make it warm, but the AC is not strong enough to do it. Also an AC is NOT a heating system for such a big flat, it was impossible to make warm in the rooms. Even thought there were radiators inside the rooms (multiple), they were ICE COLD and we could not do anything about it. Later he started shouting with me over the phone that he has had enough of us, he is not here to help us, we should f**k off, or sleep on the street.He was absolutely the worst, rudest, and least friendly host i have ever seen. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I am filing for refund because we paid for a service we did not get.

  : Nice place and view from the apartment. It is spacious and according to the description.
  : There could be more things to cook in the appartment (cuttlery, basic ingredients like salt, pepper and co). There is a weird smell in the upper bathroom. There is no shutter in the upper bedroom (while there are in the ground floor), so it is dayligth at 6h in the morning. Meals proposed (dinner and breakfast are quite expensive and with no discount for children) Payment can only be done in cash

  : The location is fantastic. The building is extremely quiet . The apartment has everything you need from AC to Dishwasher and washing machine. You can cook elaborate meals...so feeling like home away from home. Highly recommended
