  : This is the second time we come to a hotelWe were outside the room it was a 44c heat dayWe arrived at the room, there was no electricity, we informed the reception, nothing was done, we waited 40 minutes and asked him to move other room, but he claimed they not have available rooms, we checked in booking and there was many rooms, and we asked to speak to the manager, and he refused to speak

  : I was staying in orca for the third time. Everything was perfect during previous two stays. This time staff wasnt pretty much complimentary and even rude, refusing me in the breakfast in check in day, saying that the guest is not eligible to have breakfast on the day of arrival as check in is later at 14. Are you kidding me ? One cup of coffee and a toast will be enough for your dear hungry guest who traveled all night long . This was really rude and impolite from the staff. Do you know anything about customer service ? I wont return as these small things means a lot, and says a lot regarding your behavior towards your guest. No free water in the bar. Except two small complementary bottles.

  : Breakfast is okay. Room is confortable although could use some freshening up
  : Worst hotel experience weve ever had! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE- The personnel is made of teenagers that are incompetent at best, unwilling to help even. No manager in sight, every question is always followed by a phone call to get an (inaccurate) answer. All information they provide is incorrect, whether its the average price for a taxi ride to the city or the price for a load of a small bag of laundry (supposed to be 10-15, ended up begin 50, absolutely scandalous). No one speaks English correctly enough to be helpful- Infrastructure could use some freshening up, paint is coming off, pool beds could use new linens, food from the pool is also mediocre. Sometimes rooms are not maid before 2pm, we had to request it. Also you can literally hear your neighbor taking a shower with the water running in the pipes.- Breakfast is okay, so is the cleaning. Remote and therefore calm location.- Their partners whether its the agency for transfer from the airport or the laundry services are scammers and rudeThis hotel is far from deserving its four stars. Avoid at all cost

  : - smooth check in and out- friendly staff- quiet location, surrounded by nature- solid Wi-Fi connection- the penthouse is gorgeous, spotless clean, spacious, so much better inside than it looks from the outside, easily suitable for more than 2 people- 2 bathrooms - what a luxury! - the whirlpool is a nice to have, the view from the room to the mountainous scenery is a huge plus- free towels for the pool area- balcony and the screen doors are very useful- a couple cute garden breakfast restaurants within 15 minute walking distance- by car it's around 15mins to Fethiye as well as ldeniz
  : - very remote, there's no way you can get there without a car- it's a bit too remote, perfect for some, but rather difficult to simply walk to the next convenient store- thus, the hotel's prices are rather outrageous- it was partly too quiet and dark in the night, you can't simply go out for an evening stroll- since the presence of nature is very strong at this resort, there were way too many mosquitoes and other insects, day and night

  : Lovely relaxing stay in the penthouse over looking the pool. Room was lovey, aircon and wi fi whorling fine. Housekeeping was good and hotel and pool area seemed clean. You also get free admission to the water park just show your room card which was a great saving and good day out.Through our stay we seemed to have a change in management from a man to a lovely lady in which we saw a vast improvement even from her first day of working at Orka, we hope she stays on and keeps up her great standards as the hotel needed this management change
  : Upstairs and downstairs needed more lighting.Couldnt walk out to town or any shops had to taxi.
