  : - the hotel looks nothing like the pictures, its disgusting - dirty bedsheets and pillow cases- hole in the bathroom window with no way to close- the worst WiFi connection ever - rude staff who say nasty things under their breaths about you - the worst AC in the hot condition is not nice - have to climb a massive hill to get the the hotel then on top of that have to climb a lot of stairs to get to your room because theres no lift- the rooms dont get cleaned every day and if you want them cleaned you have to go to the reception and ask which is very tiring when youre on holiday - I feel like it wouldnt be that bad if the staff were nice and made us feel comfortable and actually listened to our complains but they simply didnt care. - they also lied about how much the transport from the airport to the hotel both ways would be and made it double.

  : The hotel location is good and the hotel offers good value for money.Onder, the hotel manager, was super helpful and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you Onder
  : We stayed at the apartments side of the hotel which are a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment. The hotel management confirmed that all apartments will be updated by summer 2021

  : Beds were very comfortable and clean. We really liked it. There was a good colorful lighting system that you could control with a switch which makes the room even much better.

  : The place is good but the customer services are beyond the expectations.. Its better to visit them after 15th may to avail pools and buffet dinner and breakfast
