: Great appartment in the inner Barcelona. Very close to Lesseps square, which gives you access to the subway system. Walking distance to the commercial area. The overall appartment is nice and has room for a family of four. It allowed pets, which was great for us. Public parking nearby.
: The access street had roadworks, which made very difficult the arrival, they didn't warn us. The facilities could benefit from some renewal/repair (two chairs were broken, the dishwasher had the display broken, which made using it a guessing game, there were no drinking glasses)

: The appartment we booked was destroyed by the previous occupant so we were reallocated another. This appartment needed serious cosmetic and practical improvements. Lots of damage, grubby walls and broken sinks etc. On top of that, I have yet to receive my deposit back and cannot get a reply from the company.

: the beds were uncomfortable and did not have enough bedding and pillows initially. it felt dusty but to be fair we arrived early and the previous tenants did not leave in time. this likely rushed the cleaning staff.

: The apartament was very dirty. The people who works on "my space Barcelona" are very very rude. They charge you a 400 deposit when you do the check in, saying that the deposit will get back to you 7-14 days after the check out day but they NEVER GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK!BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ACT ILLEGALLY! IF YOU DON'T WANNA LOSE YOUR MONEY, DON'T RENT ANY APARTMENT FROM "MY SPACE BARCELONA"!
