: Staying at this property was nice but is not worth the hassle of getting scammed for your deposit. Ive message this company 5+ times about my deposit refund from 2 WEEKS ago this is out of order and I shouldnt of had to wait this long. At this point it looks like the only way Ill get my deposit back is a chargeback from my bank!

: I was allowed to bring my dogs, bu t with a quite high fee. Checkin was very friendly and uncomplicated. the interiour of the apartment is very elegant, The roof top is amazing
: the apartment itself is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We got quickly used to the noisy city (garbage service at 2 a.m every night). But what is not acceptable is the behaviour of grumpy grandma in Apt 2.1, complaining about everything. 1.I just picked some stuff from the car in front of the house and left max. 5 minutes the door of the house open. She closed it in front of me. Then complained very unpolite to my spanish speaking girlfriend about the open door. 2.Next day she complained in spanish what I did not understood about my dogs. The dogs did not do anything bad to her. When I came back from the walk, grandma was still standing in the hall simulating a call to police. For what reason, I dont know. She made only drama, as no police occured. 3.Tonight on our last night we find notes on elevator and kitchen window no perros Im happy that you saw my dogs at check in. They are very sweet and well behaving. So many tourists wanted a photo with them in park Guell. Of course I get worried to have such a neighbor. We all know stories about crazy doghaters poisoning dogs, this happens all over the world. But most important: We are here not in a cheap hostel. We pay a price like in a 5-Star Hotel. Thus service of a 5-Star-Hotel is the benchmark. I dont want to be bothered by such a person like from Apt 2.1 on this price-level. THe area is very noisy, all night noise of motorscooters driving almost through bedroom. Every night at 2.am. they pick up the garbage with a lot of noise . The walls of the house are very thin, you listen one neighbor caughing and the other neiighbor doing disco at home
