  : the images didn't feel true to the room we had.
  : it was a. cheaper feeling, less nice as the images. dusty, worn out, no cleaning /toilet paper. The staff didn't respond to complaints until BOOKING,COM rep contacted them. As we checked out, they wanted to charge us one more time. saying they would transfer back the whole prepaid sum to give us 50 euro back ( I guess for the disappointment we felt over the room not matching images). However the transfer didn't show on my account and we just wanted to leave, they still tried to charge both mine and my daughters bank card. Very odd. The lady in the reception, also wanted to keep my luggage, in this whole transfer story, that we didn't understand why they were doing. The room was paid, we would have have accepted some refund as the room didn't live up to its promise. It was odd and unpleasant.

  : The property was very clean and tidy, the view from the balcony was amazing and location was very central which was perfect.
  : There could have been a kettle for tea in the room.

  : Everything we needed as a base, walking distance to main attractions or public transport. Supermarket and pharmacy next door. Nice city view from balcony
  : Didnt expect and online check in process which consumed time that morning while trying to check out of the other accommodation. Ill also note that the sign for the property is quite small when first looking

  : The location was ok. The bathroom amenities were nice.
  : The room had an unfinished "deer camp" look to it. There was no room to get to the bathroom at night when the sofa bed was open. The bar extension from the kitchen was just in the way.

  : Spacious bathroom and window in it. Room had small balcony (but unfortunately were the table and chairs very dusty). Nice view on the street with very beautiful biulding across and lots of trees. Very charming art nouveau elevator and lobby. The location in very convenient, 7 minutes walking to Plaza Catalunia, lots of supermarkets, bars and restaurants around. The air-conditioning was working well. Very nice receptionist.
  : Monotonous and dark bathroom - everything was painted dark gray - the walls, the floor ... The bathroom didn't have enough lights, especially in the shower was very dark. Dark spots on the bathroom floor, some hair mixed with dust were rolling on the floor. Bring earplugs due to the occasional noise from the corridor and from the street traffic. The bed was too soft for me (but this depends on the person). No decorating at all so the room looked very basic and not cosy at all. With very little effort and costs could look much, much better.
