  : Location was great, walking distance to La Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Rooms were a good size and rooftop views were lovely.
  : This was our 5th Vincci hotel on this trip and our least favourite. The staff didn't seem too happy (particularly the man at the pool bar), a lift was out of order causing chaos as only one in use and they are so small, the toilet wouldn't stop flushing unless you bashed the buttons, when we walked into our room we had a flight of stairs to get to the actual room which was a pain with luggage, would have taken concierge up on their offer to help had we have known, could hear constant rumbling from the lift or metro not sure which, pool is very much a paddling pool its very shallow. It wasn't as good as the other Vincci hotels we stayed in but it was nice and we still had a good time.

  : I mostly opted out of housekeeping but the one day i put the ‘please clean’ sign out, it wasn’t cleaned. I was out of my room from 10 am to 3:30 pm and yet no housekeeping was done. Housekeeping came around 4pm when we were relaxing after a hectic afternoon so we declined and simply took clean towels. The housekeeper said ‘sorry but the housekeeper for our floor called in sick.’ Personally, that’s not a big deal for me but some may not appreciate. Then, one day we came back to our room and noticed the pipe under washroom sink was dripping. There was a small puddle on the floor already. We called front desk. Someone came to take a look and said they will need to send maintenance the next morning as it was already evening and maintenance wasn’t available. Nobody came the next day. We only had 1 day left in our stay so we just laid towels underneath the drip and didn’t waste time calling front desk again. The drainage of sink was low too. The worst, however, was the shower. The two water temperatures are scalding hot or freezing cold. No matter what, there’s no way we could adjust it to a comfortable temperature. Really thin walls with minimal sound privacy. The air conditioning isn’t the best either. The temperature can’t be set to lower than 18degrees celcius and even with the highest fan setting, it wasn’t enough cooling on certain days.
