  : Very comfortable clean efficient hotel with no worries about late arrival. Slightly outside city centre so quiet location but only 2 minutes walk (without need to cross a road) from the Mundet metro station from which trains run 5 minutes until late into the night. Breakfast was available at 15 euros pp per morning but we found plenty of cheaper alternatives else where.
  : Service was efficient but lacked the finishing touches to achieve a higher rating. For example,there was tea and coffee in the room but no milk. When my wife asked they sent her to the in house restaurant where she was given a full cup and told it would be charged to the room. Ultimately, it wasn't, but the whole experience could have avoided by leaving a couple of catering cartons or even powdered milk. On another point the room had a bath but no plug. When we asked at reception we were told it was because the policy in Barcelona to preserve water. We were given one without a problem but again the issue could have been avoided if this had been explained in the hotel information sheet.Finally the air conditioning was adequate but not great. We coped but temperature was only around 24/25 degrees while we were there. Suspect it would have been difficult had temperatures been over 30.
