Disappointing

  : Close proximity to the Sagrada Familia. Decent breakfast selection
  : Morning reception staff (Ana and a guy) were dismissive and not helpful at all. The AC of one of the rooms that was assigned to us wasnt working when we checked in so they tried fixing it and it worked fine for a while. When we came back in the evening, it wasnt working again and since there were no longer any maintenance staff available, we were given an electric fan. We reported the matter to Ana the next morning and instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience we suffered, we were told why did we not report the matter so we had to explain again as if the matter was our fault. We had to tell them that we would have let go of the matter if they offered an apology and were at least sympathetic to our situation but Ana was downright proud and rude until the end.

  : The bathroom was in need of some repairs. The toilet paper holder and hair dryer were coming out of the wall.

  : Location Location! The roof top bar was cool overlooking the Sagrada Familia.
  : Overall our room was poorly designed a large cupboard obscuring the view, which should have been alongside the bathroom. The fittings in the room were a bit run down needing basic maintenance, such as towel almost falling off. The night before departure we booked a taxi to the airport. There was no booking the next day. The receptionist on duty the next day wasnt particularly helpful in making another booking. She just said that there were no taxis!

  : Hotel staff and location were wonderful. The view on the rooftop bar for the Sagrada Familia was awesome.
  : Black mold was found in the bathroom of the room I stayed in with major concerns of health risk for staying in a room with black mold.
