  : Check-in was very easy, through an online system. Amenities and location are also lovely, super close to the metro. Other reviewers mentioned how loud the neighbours can be at times, which I agree, but nothing that was too disruptive to our sleep. Host was also very quick to reply and super helpful.
  : I didn't expect to give a 150 deposit, as it wasn't stated previous to check-in. But I already received the money back so all good.

  : The noise outside of the room was very loud. Some of the guests from other apartment were drunk and were screaming and running at night.

  : The host provided proper details in a text for the code to open the main door but we were tired and couldn't find it at first so we sent a text looking for the info and they responded immediately (thank you). The apartment was spacious - perfect for our 5 adults - clean and with good amenities. We appreciated the balcony to dry our clothes. We liked the location off La Rambla.
  : The washing machine was hard to figure out. It was more complicated than others we used in our travels and we had to get online to find a user manual. We recommend you provide the basic use pages from the manual (English would be helpful to many). The coffee pod machine gave us a little problem - you might give tips on the use since it is slightly different than normal.

  : The kiosk was easy to use to check in, apartment was clean and lovely, staff were so helpful when I dropped my phone off the balcony and managed to get it back for me! Location was great and felt very safe with it an access code to get into the apartment complex. Balcony was lovely and big, apartment was very modern, would definitely stay again!
  : The pull out bed wasnt the most comfortable but thats to be expected with pull out beds, the rest of the beds were comfortable and all very clean and fresh. We did have some noisy neighbours above us but not too bad, noise also does echo through the hallways but it wasnt bad in the bedrooms, just something to keep in mind if youre sleeping on the pullout in the living room and are a light sleeper.

  : The location was great and the check in was mostly easy. I would stay again but only for a short stay.
  : We were not aware we would have to pay a deposit fee at the property. The toilet door in one of the bathrooms did not open and close properly. Also the something was wrong with the toilet. The bed/couch in the living room was uncomfortable. Also very noisy from the apartment above and the stairwell.

  : The property was very clean and organized. Lots of space and a perfect location.
  : The refrigerator didn't work and we lost lots of food from the market because we were unaware until we smelled it. Did report and sadly it wasn't handled during our stay. Hard to talk to a physical person. Also be clear on baggage holding while waiting to check in-it wasn't at the location which wasn't clear.
