  : Location was great - a block away from the main transit lines and airplane aerobs bus stop. welcomed with little bags with shampoo/soap and water bottle, a nice touch. This apartment would be great value for a family or group off friends - there were two bathrooms and enough beds for 6 people. Electronic key made getting into the apartment very easy, but you will need internet (from phone plan) to use the app key - the wifi doesnt seem to extend far out to the front door due to the buildings material unfortunately.
  : the master bedroom is located on the side of street where noise from outside can travel but its not a deal breaker.

  : During the stay the lights didn't work, the power went out all the time, the cooker was complicated to use, there was no manual on how to do it, but it didn't work either. I called them to come but they came on the last day when we were leaving. Also one of the guests forgot her Airpods and they never gave them back to us even if we presented evidence that we had the location that she did forget in there. When we complained the answer was vague and they didn't give us any reason, they turned a blind eye.

  : Location is exceptional, artisanal coffee shops and local shopping in abundance. Yards from San Anton market. Metro and aerobus return on doorstep. 1.3k walk to placa catalyuna, 2.6km to port vell and El Born. Apartment needs a little bit of TLC, some paint and minor repairs would transform. E.g light bulbs, drainage unblocker for sinks and toilet seat fixture but these are minor complaints and the cost of the stay reflects high value. Air conditioning is excellent throughout, communication with management was exemplary, immediate response to emails. Ensure mobile phone data is working for access to apartment since WiFi does not reach. The front door uses an ekey. Also worth noting, the double room overlooking Borell (Main Street) is noisy, single glazed window and public rubbish bins are below.

  : We were 2 families and there was enough room for all of us. The apartment was clean and very good situated, we had everything near us.. bus station, metro, supermarket, places to breakfast,.. I also liked the simple check-in process. The beds were also very comfortable compared to other apartments I stayed in Barcelona. Kitchen had everything except spices.
  : We couldnt lock our bathroom doors. The oven needs good cleaning.

  : Everything that is there is old, such as the bathroom doors, the water drainage in the bathrooms was bad, the glass shower door was broken, the shower was draining water outside, the door lock was also broken, the smell of the place was not pleasant, and the bedrooms were cramped
